To demonstrate real-world patient outcomes and value, pharma must answer complex questions that require access to a broad array of targeted data sets. Many of the data sets, however, are unstructured and require harmonization. Data harmonization is a particularly complex task, making the generation of real-world patient outcomes for different patient populations slow and expensive. We have developed an end-to-end RWE platform that simplifies data harmonization, integrating discordant real-world data (RWD) sets such as electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs), clinical data, economic data, and claims data. We leverage our large European network of RWD providers to access the data sets clients need. We then augment the static RWD with ePROs. Our dynamic platform has delivered valuable insights in multiple therapeutic areas, including ophthalmology, oncology, and cardiovascular. It has generated evidence of real-world patient out comes for over 20,000 patients across 10 countries. Our clients include the commercial, medical, and HEOR teams at Roche, Novartis, and Johnson & Johnson.
